• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international securities regulations.

3. No Investment Advice & Educational Nature

Stock Monitor is an analytical and educational software tool. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice.

• We are not registered financial advisors, broker-dealers, or portfolio managers.
• Calculated metrics (such as RSI signals, MACD crossovers, and automated trend ratings) represent quantitative mathematical formulas, not recommendations to buy or sell securities.
• You assume full and independent responsibility for any financial decisions or market transactions you execute. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before investing real capital.

4. Market Data & Third-Party Information

• AI outputs are inherently probabilistic and generated automatically without human editorial oversight.
